Leaders exist at all levels in the organization, in fact leadership is a skill that can be learned. Often we
have a position that requires us to lead, other times we are able to influence and guide other leaders. Organizations that

Leaders in organizations set direction then influence, guide, and inspire others to implement. A
critical skill for leaders is the ability to manage their own learning and to lead self first. The highly motivated,
